TLDR – We will be out from the 5th to 15th of October – ALL orders placed after 10am on the 5th will be shipped upon returning on the 15th, with a free upgrade to our 1-3 day USPS priority shipping option. We will also be selecting 3 orders to receive complete refunds (yep, you’ll get everything for free, no catch, just the short wait!), as well as selecting one order to receive a Radian Raptor charging handle, and another to receive a Radian Talon GI safety as gifts and an extra way to say thank you for your patience and continuing to support us!
The time has come! Since starting Driven Arms Co in my parents garage 4 years ago, so much has changed, both within the business and on a personal front. My parents, who then were able to watch as I navigated the initial struggles of getting a business off the ground, have now become essential components to DAC’s continued growth and providing amazing customer experiences, finding themselves becoming my first employees late last year, and carrying the responsibility of handling all of our fulfillment, accounting, product packaging and assembly, etc.
They have been incredible at what they do, and have enabled me to focus on what I do best – creating new products, optimizing prototyping, testing, and production processes, and connecting with all of you, developing and delivering what you want and need. All said, they have been a major blessing, and the time has come for them to get some overdue rest and relaxation!
From 10am on October 5th until October 15th, we will be temporarily pausing shipments, but NOT orders. All orders placed before 10 AM eastern on the 5th will ship as usual, but all orders placed after that cutoff, will ship on the 15th.
As a thank you for all of your amazing support and patience, we will be automatically upgrading EVERY ORDER inside of that window to have priority USPS shipping, no coupon or any additional action needed from your side.
In the meantime, I will be continuing intense development of the 11 new projects on my whiteboard/desk, from CAD to field testing, as well as continuing working with our manufacturer to increase inventory levels for all of our current parts that we’re eager to equip you all with.
I cannot thank you all enough for the amazing support you’ve shown us. I continue to be humbled and increasingly grateful for the opportunity of running Driven, designing what I do, working with who I do… I can’t wait to show you all what’s in store for the next few months. Thank you all!
