Returns & Exchanges

We are fully committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible products. We understand that ergonomics and fit are highly personal, and cannot always be judged by specifications or visuals alone. For this reason, we allow hands-on evaluation and don’t restrict returns or exchanges to unopened items.

Please note the following guidelines:

– A maximum of one exchange, with a maximum of two parts per order is permitted. Additional exchanges may be subject to a processing fee or denied at our discretion, particularly in cases of repeat or excessive return/exchange activity.

– All returned or exchanged products must be in like-new condition, with no signs of wear, installation damage, or abuse (packaging not subject to this restriction). Items returned with blemishes may incur a minor restocking fee or be eligible only for exchange with parts of comparable condition.

Warranty

It’s our belief that the best warranty is the one you never have to use – but as end users ourselves, we know the deal. We’ve broken optics, shattered light heads, broken connectors, used mags until the feed lips cracked… If you manage to break any of our products during normal use, we’ll replace it. No BS. No hassle. This is our guarantee.
