Designed specifically for the SIG Sauer MCX Rattler LT, our suppressor-compatible SD-style handguard builds on the capabilities of the proven, compact Rattler platform with refined ergonomics, an extended M-LOK mounting interface, additional support-hand real estate, and enhanced thermal protection.

Available in multiple lengths for the 6.75″ .300 BLK and 7.75″ 5.56 Rattler LT, each configuration is thoughtfully contoured to maintain a slim, comfortable gripping profile, expanding only where necessary to accommodate the suppressor and provide additional thermal protection. The result is a purpose-built design that makes better use of the Rattler LT’s compact dimensions while providing greater flexibility in support-hand placement and accessory positioning.

Enhanced Thermal Protection – The expanded forward profile and proprietary internal geometry provide additional separation between the suppressor and the handguard’s exterior, helping manage heat during suppressed use.
Flexible Accessory Placement – Greater freedom in positioning lights, switches, and other accessories, with the ability to reduce suppressor-induced light shadow without relying on extended light mounts.
Arisaka Defense ZRC Compatibility – Fully compatible with the Arisaka Defense Zero Retention Clamp for additional rigidity at the handguard-to-receiver interface.

Surface Finish & Manufacturing Note

Our metal additive manufacturing process produces a uniform micro-textured surface that provides additional in-hand traction compared to smooth, traditionally machined aluminum. As with other additively manufactured metal components, minor surface variations may be present, and cosmetic marking around M-LOK mounting locations can develop through normal accessory installation and use. These characteristics are purely aesthetic and do not affect the intended strength, fit, or long-term performance of the handguard.
