Designed specifically for the SIG Sauer MCX Spear LT, our suppressor-compatible SD-style handguard expands the capabilities of the platform with refined ergonomics, an extended M-LOK mounting interface, additional support-hand real estate, and enhanced thermal protection.

While the Spear LT offers more mounting space than its compact Rattler counterpart, shorter barrel configurations still present compromises in support-hand placement and accessory positioning, particularly when running a suppressor. Available in dedicated lengths for the 9″ .300 BLK and 11.5″ 5.56 Spear LT, our handguards are purposefully contoured to maintain a slim, comfortable gripping profile, expanding only where necessary for suppressor clearance and thermal protection. The result is a purpose-built design that provides greater flexibility in hand placement and accessory positioning while making better use of the platform’s available space.

Surface Finish & Manufacturing Note

Our metal additive manufacturing process produces a uniform micro-textured surface that provides additional in-hand traction compared to smooth, traditionally machined aluminum. As with other additively manufactured metal components, minor surface variations may be present, and cosmetic marking around M-LOK mounting locations can develop through normal accessory installation and use. These normal cosmetic characteristics do not affect the intended strength, fit, or long-term performance of the handguard.
