The full size ULCG maintains the same width, front-strap + back-strap geometry, and forward anti slip ledge of the ULCG Gen 2, but now features an increase in overall length + the addition of a more generous beavertail, bringing it’s optimized angle and contouring to all hand sizes. As with our ULCG offerings, a storage floorplate is included as standard.

I originally bought the FDE ULCG Gen 2 (Atom texture) but it just didn’t have the correct feel for me (I have a short length of pull on my weapon & long arms). I did enjoy the texture of the grip and quality though, so I called up Brett (owner) and he suggested this. He was SUPER helpful and we ended up doing an exchange for the FDE ULCG FS (Atom texture) and it feels phenomenal. Great CS and now Driven Arms has a customer for life!

Finally I found IMO the Best Grip. Ive owned most of the top rated pistol grips and their all good in their own ways but for rifle under 14.5″ this is what I’ll be using and if it’s a really small build Id probably use the ULCG Gen 2. This grip is almost like the Magpul K2 and the Kung Fu Geip had a baby. This grip is shaped like a K2 but has the thickness & steeper angle of the Kung Fu. Also has a plastic clip door like Magpul so thats a must for me anymore. I got the Atom grip pattern to match my Minidot Railscales and the FCD Dimpled parts. The ribs on front and back feel good and provides good grip. Atom texture is grippy and better than the K2s grip but maybe not quite as much as the Kung Fus. The owner of this place seems like the coolest dude. Super helpful and went out of his way to txt and voice msg me on what he thought I was looking for. Best customer service!

I been running the ULCG Gen 2 (Atom texture) on all my ARs for over a year. I was excited to try the ULCG Full Size (also Atom texture). It’s perfect. It positions my hand a little further down on the grip due to the larger beaver tail. This greatly improves my trigger finger and thumb safety manipulation. I cannot emphasize enough how amazing these ULCG grips are. I’ve tried just about every major brand including Magpul, BCM, B5, and even Die Free Co, and this grip is by far the best. Amazing customer service too. Super-fast response time and all-around pleasure to deal with. Buy with confidence!

4th times a charm! I went through 3 grips before this one. DD put my finger too far forward. K2 placed it perfectly but was a little to thin and not vertical enough to keep my wrist from pinching when shouldering. Saw the VCG-L and loved the way it looked. Reached out to Driven Arms support to ask about its ergonomics. Brett replied personally and recommended the ULCG-FS based on my input. I went against his recommendation and ordered the VCG-L. I should have listened to Brett. Though the VCG-L was perfectly vertical with no wrist pinch, it put my finger too far forward again and was too thick for my liking. After a seamless return, I ordered the ULCG-FS per Brett’s original recommendation and man was he spot on! It is it perfect for me! Its not as vertical as the VCG-L yet still more vertical than the K2 so my wrist does not hurt when shouldering. My finger placement on the trigger is just right again and it is thicker than the K2 but thinner than the VCG-L…perfect for my hand size (between large and medium). I chose the sawtooth texture. I have somewhat rougher than average hands and the i find to be very grippy without hurting. The customer service is top notch and not to be outdone by the product quality. I will not hesitate to recommend Driven Arms to anyone and I will definitely be back when I need further customization options. Keep up the great work!
